Ms. Valerie Golden (Butterfly Classroom)

Ms.Valerie was born and raised in California and has always been extremely passionate about working with children. After working in Special Education for 15 years, Ms. Valerie decided to pursue a career in Montessori education. Ms. Valerie has worked in Toddler and Primary environments. After working in a Montessori school for a couple of years, Ms. Valerie fell in love with the teachings of Montessori and decided to attend MISD to earn her A to I diploma. In the summer of 2017 Ms. Valerie graduated from MISD. Ms. Valerie holds many certifications in the area of child development. Ms. Valerie has two grown children and many hobbies that occupy her free time.
